Brickell is the first of its kind in Miami, a 4.9-million-square-foot mixed-use luxury development comprised of two residential towers, two office buildings, a hotel, with 500-million square-feet of high fashion and culinary space. It's huge.
When you boil it down it’s an area that has many type of visitors both day and night. And that became the core idea for the logo.
We developed a brand strategy and identity and developed the look and feel of all marketing materials from advertising to website design and collateral.
CLIENT
Swire Properties is a leading real estate developer known for creating vibrant, sustainable urban communities. One of their key developments is ‘Brickell City Centre’ in Miami — a mixed-use complex that blends luxury retail, dining, nightlife, residential living, and office spaces.
PROBLEM / CHALLENGE
Brickell City Centre sits at the intersection of different worlds — high-end luxury and accessible everyday brands, daytime business life and late-night entertainment, residents and tourists. The area never truly sleeps, yet its brand identity didn’t fully reflect the 24-hour vibrancy and inclusive mix of people, styles, and experiences.
IDEA / INNOVATION
We positioned Brickell City Centre as a place that lives around the clock — from sunrise to moonlight, and everything in between. The concept was brought to life through a new visual identity featuring a dual-symbol logo of the ‘sun and moon’, and a dynamic design system that adapts to reflect different times of day and types of energy in the space. Whether you're grabbing a coffee at 9 AM or dancing at midnight, Brickell City Centre is always on.
